MANUFACTURING & SHIPPING DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Manufacturing, Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

IS THERE A LEAD TIME ON ORDERS?

On certain items and large orders containing those items, there may be a 4-8 week lead time on orders being produced.  Machines and fans are built to order in the order they come in and generally have a longer lead time before they are produced and ready to ship.  Other items at Injoy such as string, pulleys, wheels and parts are generally stocked and ready to ship within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay on your non-built-to-order items such as being out of stock, needing to be manufactured or a wait on parts from a vendor/supplier, you will be contacted via email.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Shipping Fees

We offer domestic shipping in the United States & Canada to residential, commercial and industrial locations at the following rates:

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights.  Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.

Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Please contact us at info@injoylurecoursing.store to place an order and receive a shipping quote.  Please include what you'd like to purchase, your name, address, phone number and email address in the correspondence.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
